I gotta say, the staff were great! They were responsive when I called for fresh towels and totally friendly about it. The blackout shades were a lifesaver, I mean I could sleep solid and not struggle with those annoying curtains!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the service and comfort, I guess it was acceptable.

The king room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave. The bathroom included fresh towels, body soap, and free toiletries. The outdoor swimming pool was nice and relaxing. The fitness centre had plenty of equipment. The staff were super friendly, and the check-in was easy. I really liked the open seating area too.

The plumbing issues seemed ongoing, with cold water in the shower that never fully got fixed during my stay, making for uncomfortable rinses. I also found the breakfast space chaotic, especially with large groups overwhelming the area to the point that food items ran low, and quality fell short on some offerings. Lastly, it was frustrating to deal with inconsistent room service, as my requests went unmet, and there was no one available to directly address these issues, even when the cleaners were still present in the hall.
